Common use of Use of Basement and Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The basement(s) and service areas if any located within the Project shall be ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire-fighting pumps and equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The Allottee Allottee’s shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees allottee’s formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottee’s for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee / Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter allottees / Purchasers for rendering maintenance services. Further if allottees / Purchasers are not purchasing garage / car parking space they shall not have the right to park their cars in the parking space.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees Allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee Allottee/Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association of allottees Allottees/Purchasers formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees/Purchasers for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee Allottee’s shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees allottee’s formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottee’s for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements & Stilt in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees Allottees/Owners formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees/Owners for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Basement and Service Areas. The basement(s) and service areas areas, if any any, as located within the Project said project, shall be ear-marked earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire-fire fighting pumps and equipments equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee Promoter/ Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees, maintenance agencies/ competent authority for rendering maintenance services.

The basement(s) and service areas areas, if any any, as located within the Project “BALAJI DEVELOPERS”, shall be ear-marked earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire-fighting firefighting pumps and equipments equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basement(s) (if any) basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Maintenance In-charge (including the Association association of allottees formed by the allottees) or any other representative authorised by the Promoter Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
