Common use of USE OF BUILDING NAME; IMPROVEMENTS Clause in Contracts

USE OF BUILDING NAME; IMPROVEMENTS. Tenant shall not use the name, picture or representation of the Building, or words to that effect, in connection with any business carried on in the Premises or otherwise (except as Tenant's address) without the prior written consent of Landlord. If Landlord undertakes any additional improvements on the Real Property including but not limited to new construction or renovation or additions to the existing improvements, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any noise, dust, vibration or interference with access to the Premises or disruption in Tenant's business caused thereby and rental hereunder shall under no circumstances be abated.
