USE OF CHANGE CONTROL. Any changes to this Agreement, including the relevant Schedules which are required as a result of the Transfer, termination or expiry of any Third Party Contract or required as a result of Exult Supplier assuming or ceasing administration responsibilities in relation to any Third Party Contract, shall be dealt with in accordance with the Change Control Management process.
