Common use of USE OF CLIENT SOFTWARE Clause in Contracts

USE OF CLIENT SOFTWARE. The use of Client Software is governed by the terms and conditions of the MSA, including this Schedule, and may also be governed by additional license terms that You (or a User) must accept in order to use the Client Software (such license terms, an “End User License Agreement”). To the extent there is an express conflict between these terms and any End User License Agreement, the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement will govern. You may use the Client Software only in accordance with the MSA and any applicable End User License Agreement, and only in connection with the Service.
