Use of Compatible Hardware and Software. The Contractor shall have licenses for and use software that is compatible with the software used by the Authority’s HCV Program. The Contractor shall use hardware that is compatible with the software and hardware used by the Authority. The Contractor shall have and maintain internet access and e-mail that enables the Contractor to render Services. The Contractor shall also have licenses for the programs in versions that are compatible with the Authority’s Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The Contractor agrees to secure any upgrades of software and/or hardware that are necessary for ensuring and maintaining compatibility with software and hardware used by the Authority.
