Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment. Any Manager may participate in any meeting of the Managers, and any Member may participate in any meeting of the Members, by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
