Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school equipment, normally accessible to bargaining unit members, at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use, and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof.
Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school district equipment, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association or member shall pay for all materials incidental to such use at school district cost.

The Association may, with permission of the building principal, use typewriters, computers, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment, and standard office equipment, provided that the Association reimburses the District for the expendable supplies consumed during such use and any other established fees for use of equipment.

Equipment must not be removed from the building without the express written permission of the CSA or his designee. The Association shall pay for the actual costs of all material and supplies incident to such use.

Use of school equipment such as: printers, copiers, email and audio-visual machines and Board purchased consumable materials used by the Association, i.e., paper, shall be paid for by the Association at Board cost plus a nominal fee for handling. The Association will turn in each semester a listing of supplies used and number of copies made in order that the Board may xxxx it accordingly. Copies will be charged at the Board’s current cost. The Association assumes full financial responsibility for any loss or willful damage to Board owned equipment while in use by the Association. The above mentioned equipment may only be used before or after the normal unit member day but not at any time which would conflict with normal school usage of this equipment.
Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use District business equipment at a reasonable time when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Any costs incurred shall be paid by the Association.

Exclusive of the Board Office, the Association shall be permitted to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use, and for any repairs necessitated as a result.
2. The Association shall not use this equipment in furtherance of political issues, not related to collective negotiations or grievances.

The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment for official Association business, including typewriters, duplicating equipment, computers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times and when such equipment is not otherwise in use, and shall provide advance notice of such use to the Superintendent of Schools. The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies.
Use of School Equipment. The Association building representative may have permission to use individual school equipment, including copying, word processing, printing, and audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Association use of a school building may be permitted, provided that:
a. Request is made and use arranged in advance;
b. All equipment will be checked as to condition by Building Director or his designated representative and the Association building representative prior to its use so that, in the event of damage or breakage, the Association will be responsible to repair or replace at prorated market value;
c. Supplies in connection with such equipment used will be furnished or paid for by the Association.
