Common use of Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment. Any Director may participate in any meeting of the Directors, and any Member may participate in any meeting of the Members, by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment. Any Director director may participate in any meeting of the Directorsboard of directors or a committee thereof, and any Member the board of directors may provide by resolution with respect to a specific meeting of shareholders or with respect to a class of meetings of shareholders that one or more persons may participate in any a meeting of the Membersshareholders of the corporation, by means of conference telephone telephone, video conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other.
