Common use of Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Conference Telephone and Similar Equipment. Any Representative may participate in any meeting of the Board of Representatives, and any Member may participate in any meeting of the Members, by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this Section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
