Use of Counterpart Funds. 7. The Beneficiary shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance the local currency costs relating to the implementation of the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program and shall provide the necessary budget appropriations to finance the structural adjustment costs relating to the implementation of reforms under the Program. Use of Counterpart Funds. 711. The Beneficiary shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are shall be used to (a) finance expenditures for the local currency costs relating to Beneficiary’s general development purposes; and (b) support the implementation of the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program and shall provide the necessary budget appropriations to finance the structural adjustment costs relating to the implementation of reforms to be initiated and implemented under the Program. The Beneficiary Recipient shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance implementation of the local currency costs relating Program and other programs and activities consistent with the objectives of the Program, and that necessary budget appropriations and adequate resources are allocated and released in a timely manner in order to the ensure effective implementation of the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program and shall provide the necessary budget appropriations to finance the structural adjustment costs relating to the implementation of reforms under the Program.
