Common use of Use of Country Systems Clause in Contracts

Use of Country Systems. In accordance with the provisions of Article 11(b) of the General Conditions, the parties agree that as of the signature date of this Agreement, the use of country systems is not foreseen for the procurement of goods, consulting services or non-consulting services for the Project.
