Common use of USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 9.1 CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY staff, at a COUNTY facility, to provide services under this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall enter into a rent- free license agreement with ADMINISTRATOR for the co-location and shall execute all terms and conditions of said agreement upon ADMINISTRATOR’s presentation of said document to CONTRACTOR. Failure to execute and abide by the license agreement will result in a breach of this Contract. 9.2 CONTRACTOR is responsible for any costs associated with Fair Employment and Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations for its own employees at COUNTY facilities. COUNTY may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, provide for such accommodations at no cost to CONTRACTOR.
