Development Coordination. Unless specifically provided in this Agreement to the contrary, all submittals to the Town shall be made to the Town Manager, and all approvals required of the Town in connection with this Agreement shall be rendered by the Town Manager, or the Manager’s designee. The Town Engineer shall have general responsibility for coordinating development with Developer.
Development Coordination. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of discussions with other multilateral and bilateral aid agencies that may have implications for the implementation of the Project. The Borrower shall provide ADB with an opportunity to comment on any resulting policy reforms which could affect the Project, and shall take into account ADB’s views before finalizing and implementing any such proposals. Development Coordination. (i) Progenics shall conduct such Development tasks as Salix may request it to perform as part of the Development of Products hereunder, subject to such reasonable compensation and other terms as the Parties may agree. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Section 4.2(c)(i) do not limit or qualify the provisions of Sections 2.10 and 3.3, and no compensation or reimbursement of expenses shall be payable by Salix to Progenics in connection with Progenics’s participation in the Committees.
(ii) Except as contemplated by Section 4.2(c)(i), Progenics shall not conduct, nor shall it permit any of its Affiliates or, except to the extent required by the provisions of the Ono Agreement as they exist on the Effective Date or as amended in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, licensees or sublicensees (other than Salix) to conduct, any Development with respect to Products except in accordance with a plan that has been approved by the JSC.
(iii) Each Party shall use, and shall cause its Affiliates and, in the case of Progenics, subject to the provisions of the Ono Agreement as they exist on the Effective Date or as amended in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, licensees and Sublicensees (other than the other Party) to use, reasonable efforts consistent with those prevailing in the pharmaceutical industry to conduct all clinical trials, non-clinical safety studies and all other Development activities relating to the Compound or Products in such a manner as not to affect adversely the regulatory and commercial potential of Products.
Development Coordination. Neither Party shall conduct, and each Party shall cause its Affiliates and sublicensees not to conduct, any Development with respect to Covered Products except in accordance with the Development Plan.
Development Coordination. IntraNet Solutions and ShowCase will each appoint individuals to serve as a Partner Manager, who will be responsible for the general overall development activities of the parties hereunder, and a Technical Interface, who will be responsible for the technical aspects of the development activities of the parties hereunder. The Partner Managers and Technical Interfaces will serve as the focal point for all communications related to the development activities of the two companies hereunder.

Subdivider shall notify the County Engineer when improvements shall be installed. The Planning Director shall coordinate development exactions related to parks fees, school fees and affordable housing or construction of affordable housing.
Development Coordination. Except as contemplated by Section 5.4(b), Photocure shall not conduct, nor shall it permit any of its Affiliates or licensees to conduct, any Development with respect to Lumacan Products except in accordance with a plan that has been approved by the Steering Committee.

In the event the City receives inquiry or contact by a Developer or other person interested in developing or constructing upon any parcel in the County’s jurisdiction, the City shall refer said person(s) to the County Planning & Development Department.
