Common use of USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. A. COUNTY intends to permit AUTHORITY the rent-free use of office space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices and COUNTY facilities at which AUTHORITY shall be co-located with COUNTY staff pursuant to this Agreement, as is more particularly set forth in that certain real estate agreement described in Subparagraph XVIII.B., below. As stated in the lease or license agreement, said office space, office furniture, and equipment shall be used solely by employees of AUTHORITY while performing their assigned duties pursuant to this Agreement.

A. 2 8.1 COUNTY intends to permit AUTHORITY CONTRACTOR the rent-free use of office 3 space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices 4 and COUNTY facilities at which AUTHORITY CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY 5 staff pursuant to this Agreement, as is more particularly set forth in that 6 certain real estate lease or license agreement described in Subparagraph XVIII.B.8.2, below. As 7 stated in the lease or license agreement, said office space, office furniture, 8 and equipment shall be used solely by employees of AUTHORITY CONTRACTOR while performing 9 their assigned duties pursuant to this Agreement.
