Common use of USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. SSA will provide HCA the rent-free use of office space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices and SSA facilities at which HCA shall be collocated with COUNTY staff pursuant to this MOU. Per this MOU, said office space, office furniture, and equipment shall be used solely by employees of HCA while performing their assigned duties pursuant to this MOU.
