Use of Credits; Compliance with Margin Regulations. The Borrower will not, and will not suffer or permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use any portion of the proceeds of the Loans or any Letter of Credit, directly or indirectly, to purchase or carry Margin Stock other than in compliance with Regulations T, U and X of the Federal Reserve Board. At no time shall the value of the Margin Stock owned by any Mission Entity (as determined in accordance with Regulation U of the Federal Reserve Board) exceed 25% of the value (as determined in accordance with Section 221.2(g)(2) of Regulation U of the Federal Reserve Board) of the assets of such Mission Entity.
