Use of Customer Data. In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge that we shall have the right to collect, use, transfer (including any cross border transfer), process and/or disclose all Customer Data for the purposes of: 6.4.1 providing the Services; 6.4.2 support and facilitate the administration of our business or to support our infrastructure; and 6.4.3 conducting statistical or other forms of analysis, provided always that we shall: (i) establish and maintain sufficient security measures and procedures to ensure safe custody; and (ii) our collection and use shall at all times be in compliance with all Laws and Legal Requirements.
