Use of Equipment and Appurtenances. Charterer shall have the use, ---------------------------------- without extra cost, of such equipment, outfit, appurtenances, as are on board the Vessel on the Delivery Date. Such items or their substantial equivalent shall be returned to Owner or its designee on the Redelivery Date in the same good order and condition as when received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
