USE OF EQUIPMENT ON PREMISES. The Licensee shall not be permitted to use any equipment and/or fixtures belonging to the Parish and located on the Premises without first obtaining the written consent of the Parish nor shall the Licensee be permitted to store its own equipment or other property on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Parish.
