USE OF ESTIMATES. Initial distribution of Hydrocarbons pursuant to this Article 19 shall be based upon estimates furnished by Operator pursuant to Article 9, with adjustments for actual figures to be made in kind within forty-five (45) Days after the end of the Calendar Quarter and at any later date when adjustments must be made with the Government under the Contract.
