Stands must be set up prior to the opening of the Exhibition. The Organisers have the right to re-allocate a Stand at its discretion if the Participant has not appeared or begun to set up the Stand 20 hours prior to the opening of the Exhibition. The Participant will be liable for the cost of any additional services/equipment required for its respective Exhibition Stand.
