Common use of Use of External Review Letters Clause in Contracts

Use of External Review Letters. All departmental, college and university RTP committees must use their best professional judgment, based on discipline-specific standards at the University. The external review letters are to be used by these committees to augment their reasoned assessment, in order to ensure that candidates are held to reasonable, objective standards.
