USE OF FACILITIES BY THE UNION. 10.1 The Union and its representatives shall have the right to use the RESA buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings that do not conflict with program or working hours of the employee, provided that when special custodial service is required the Employer may make a reasonable charge thereof. Such use will require that the Union follow the established building scheduling procedures.
