Use of Facility. The UNION and its members shall have the right to use school building facilities at all reasonable hours for meetings under the same policies as other organizations in the district. Reasonable use of bulletin boards, mailboxes, and the inter-school mail shall be made available to the UNION and its members for notices and news of UNION business.
