Effect of Facsimile and Photocopied Signatures This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which is an original. It shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement or any counterpart hereof to produce or account for any of the other counterparts. A copy of this Agreement signed by one Party and faxed to another Party shall be deemed to have been executed and delivered by the signing Party as though an original. A photocopy of this Agreement shall be effective as an original for all purposes.
Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Counterparts and Signatures The Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A Party may evidence its execution and delivery of the Agreement by transmission of a signed copy of the Agreement via facsimile or email. In such event, the Party shall promptly provide the original signature page(s) to the other Party.
Facsimile Signatures The facsimile signature of any party to this Agreement shall constitute the valid and binding execution hereof by such party.
Counterparts and Signature This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each of the parties hereto and delivered to the other parties, it being understood that all parties need not sign the same counterpart. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile transmission.
Facsimile Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature and a facsimile signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
Counterparts and Facsimile Signatures This Agreement and any and all other documents or instruments referred to herein may be executed with counterpart signatures, all of which taken together shall constitute an original without the necessity of all parties signing each document. This Agreement may also be executed by signatures to facsimile or electronic transmittal documents in lieu of an original, machine-generated or copied document.
Counterparts; Facsimile and PDF Signatures This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Amendment shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.

Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
