Common use of Use of Financial and Other Information Clause in Contracts

Use of Financial and Other Information. Borrower agrees that Lender shall be permitted to investigate and verify the accuracy of any and all information furnished to Lender in connection with the Loan Documents, including without limitation financial statements, and to disclose such information, or provide copies of such information, to representatives appointed by Lender, including independent accountants, agents, attorneys, asset investigators, appraisers and any other persons deemed necessary by Lender to such investigation.
