Common use of Use of Financial Assistance Clause in Contracts

Use of Financial Assistance. LPHA may use the financial assistance disbursed to LPHA under this Agreement solely to cover actual Allowable Costs reasonably and necessarily incurred to implement Program Elements during the term of this Agreement. LPHA may not expend financial assistance provided to LPHA under this Agreement for a particular Program Element (as reflected in the Financial Assistance Award) on the implementation of any other Program Element.
