USE OF FUND'S NAME. The Transfer Agent shall not use the name of the Fund or material relating to the Fund on any documents or forms for other than internal use in a manner not approved prior thereto in writing; provided, that the Fund need only receive notice of all reasonable uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to the appointment of the Transfer Agent or which are required by any government agency or applicable law or rule.
