USE OF FUND'S NAME. RSMC shall not use the name of the Fund or the Portfolio of the Fund or material relating to the Fund or the Portfolio on any checks, bank drafts, bank statements or forms for other than internal use in a manner not approved prior thereto, provided, however, that the Fund shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to the appointment of RSMC hereunder or which are required by the SEC or a state securities commission, and, provided, further, that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
