A limited non-exclusive licence (which may be determined at any time) to permit the use of IMEX logos and banners is provided, via the exhibitor portal, solely for the purpose of enabling Participants to indicate their participation at the IMEX exhibition. These logos and banners remain the property of RE and its affiliated companies, and no commercial use of any kind (including but not by way of limitation) the use on or by websites, smartphone or tablet applications, may be made using such IMEX Logos and banners in any circumstance without the prior written consent of RE.
