Use of Image. I hereby consent to the use of my image by EMPOWER for any and all purposes, including, without limitation or compensation: Video, still photographs, publication and any trade or advertising purposes, providing such uses are not made as to constitute a direct endorsement of any product or service.
Use of Image. You acknowledge and consent to photographs and electronic images being taken of you during your undertaking the Parachuting Activities. You acknowledge and agree that such photographs and electronic images are owned by the APF and/or the Providers and the APF and/or the Providers may use the photographs for promotional or other purposes without your further consent being necessary.
Use of Image. 8.1 The Event may be televised, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and photographs may be taken all of which may capture your participation in the Event. You agree to the publication of such photographs, filming, recording and broadcasts and their use by us and those authorised by us in any way which we may see fit now or in the future including but not limited to film, broadcast, radio, TV, publications and publicity.
8.2 Any audio, visual, or audio-visual recordings that you make of the Event or any part of it are for personal use only and cannot be used for any commercial purpose without our permission.
Use of Image. Athlete agrees to be filmed, videotaped and photographed, and to have his/her name, image, picture, likeness, voice and biographical information otherwise recorded, in any media, by the USCA’s official photographer(s), film crew(s) and video crew(s), and by any other entity authorized by the USCA, under the conditions specified by the USCA (the “Footage”). Athlete grants to USCA the irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use, and to authorize third parties to use, in all media, the Footage for: (1) news and information purposes, (2) promotion of the specific competition(s) in which Athlete competes,
Use of Image. In no event will USCA use or authorize the use of Athlete’s name, picture, likeness, voice and biographical information for the purpose of trade, including any use in a manner that would imply Athlete’s endorsement of any company, product, or service, without Athlete’s express written permission.
Use of Image. Xxxxxxx agrees to be filmed, videotaped and photographed, and to have their name, image, picture, likeness, voice and biographical information otherwise recorded, in any media, by the USA Climbing’s official photographer(s), film crew(s) and video crew(s), and by any other entity authorized by the USA Climbing, under the conditions specified by USA Climbing (the “Footage”). Athlete grants to USA Climbing the irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use, and to authorize third parties to use, in all media, the Footage for: (1) news and information purposes, (2) promotion of the specific competition(s) in which Athlete competes, (3) promotion of the National Team, and (4) promotion the sport of competition climbing, provided that, in no event may USA Climbing use or authorize the commercial use of the Footage in any manner that would imply Xxxxxxx’s endorsement of any company, product, or service, without Athlete’s express written permission. Athlete also grants to USA Climbing the right to use Athlete’s image by a company that is an official sponsor of USA Climbing in advertising and promotions approved by USA Climbing. Such advertising or promotion must incorporate a minimum of three (3) athletes in an advertisement or promotion that is clearly Team-themed and a reasonable person may infer that the Team (rather than any particular athlete) endorses USA Climbing’s official sponsor.
Use of Image. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2.1 and without the prior approval of the Executive Director, be entitled to allow or authorise any person, corporation or entity to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, reputation and identity for commercial purposes including but not limited to licensing, endorsements, advertising, promotions, merchandising, memorabilia, events and marketing.
Use of Image. The Member grants to the Association the unrestricted, non-exclusive and assignable right to use the Member’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice and biographical information obtained as a result of the Member’s involvement in any Association related activity or event, for purposes of advertising, trade or publicity, in any manner, medium or forum anywhere, in perpetuity, without compensation, and without prior notification to the Member.
Use of Image. Athlete grants to USA Swimming the right and license, throughout the world, in any and all forms of media currently existing or created during the Term, to use, reproduce, adapt, publicly distribute, perform, display, broadcast, acquire, activate, retain, and transmit the Athlete’s name, nickname, initials, autograph, facsimile signature, voice, biography, performance, video and/or film portrayals, photograph and/or electronic likeness and image and/or facsimile image of Athlete in connection with those appearances for USA Swimming described in Section 3(g) below and in the Manual, as mutually approved by USA Swimming and Athlete. USA Swimming may not use Athlete’s image in a manner that creates or implies an endorsement of a commercial product or service without Athlete’s prior consent.
Use of Image. Buyer agrees and consents to allow Echoflex to make reference to and/or use: (i) the installed Echoflex Goods, (ii) the location of the installed Goods, (iii) Buyer’s respective logo(s), trademark(s) or any other graphical representation of Buyer’s use of the Echoflex Goods, and/or (iv) photographs of the installed Echoflex Goods in any material of any kind used or produced by or at the direction of Echoflex, without the prior written consent of Buyer; provided, however, that Echoflex may not, without prior written consent, do any of the foregoing in a manner that implies endorsement by Buyer.
