Use of Information for Sentencing. 24 The government is free to provide full and accurate information to the Court and the United 25 States Probation Office, including answering any inquiries and rebutting any inaccurate statements that 26 are made. The defendant agrees that nothing in this Plea Agreement bars the government from 27 defending on appeal or collateral review of any sentence that the Court may impose.
