Use of iPad. The Parent and student also agrees to abide by the terms of the iPad Acceptable Use Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference, and acknowledges that the failure to comply with directions, agreements and covenants regarding iPad use shall constitute a breach of the obligations of the Parent under this Agreement and shall constitute a default pursuant to Paragraph 9, hereinafter.
