Use of Leased Properties. 7.2.1 Lessee covenants that it will obtain and maintain all approvals, licenses and permits needed to use and operate the Leased Properties and the Facilities under applicable local, state and federal law, including, but not limited to, licensure as a licensed nursing home or other applicable designation, such as rehabilitation hospital, and Medicare or Medicaid certification, to the extent applicable to the operation of each Facility from time to time.
