Under such limited circumstances, Ogdentelnet will treat the specific Subscriber Information regarding which the subscriber has requested technical assistance from Com Net as confidential and not release such information to third parties other than Ogdentelnet's Corporate partners, if necessary, unless required by applicable law or to protect Ogdentelnet's interests. Under no circumstances will Xxxxxxxxxxx provide other than technical assistance to a subscriber, unless a specific agreement is negotiated between the parties and executed in writing.
