Use of Member’s Name. No Member will, except when required by this Agreement or by any Law, by-law, ordinance, rule, order or regulation, use, suffer or permit to be used, directly or indirectly, the name of any other Member for any purpose related to the Property or this Agreement.
Use of Member’s Name. With respect to any matters relating to the Company, such Member shall not use the name of any other Member in a press release or in any other written communication to the general public, except as may be required by law, without the prior written consent of such other Member.
Use of Member’s Name. ETI Europe shall have the right to include the Member’s name and logo in any lists of members published by ETI Europe and to announce that the Member has joined ETI Europe.
