  • For such purposes, the Member agrees that ETI Europe may send the referral reward directly to the employee that initiated the referral of the New Member.

  • In return, for each successful application by a referred entity to become a New Member, ETI Europe will provide a reward (with a value of at least £150/) to whichever of your employees initiated the referral.

  • Where any taxable supply for VAT purposes is made under this Agreement by ETI Europe to the Member, ETI Europe shall add the additional amounts in respect of VAT to the relevant invoice.

  • The Member may provide the usage guideline of the Member’s logo with ETI Europe and ETI Europe shall follow such guideline.

  • ETI Europe shall have the right to include the Member’s name and logo in any lists of members published by ETI Europe and to announce that the Member has joined ETI Europe.
