Common use of Use of Name or Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Use of Name or Endorsements. RECIPIENT shall not use the name of the PROVIDER or any other Government entity on any product or service that is directly or indirectly related to this Agreement without the prior approval of PROVIDER.
