Use of National Guard Resources. The State will maintain an agreement for the utilization of National Guard Resources. All orders for Idaho National Guard resources for use on wildland fires shall go through Idaho Department of Lands Bureau of Fire Management. For costs that are the responsibility of the Federal Agencies, the Federal Agencies shall upon receipt of the State’s billing, reimburse the State for the costs of assistance.
