INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 12. California Wildland Fire Coordinating Group (CWCG) This group shall provide coordination and recommendations for all interagency wildland fire management activities in California. At a minimum, the group will consist of one representative from each State and Federal Agency signatory to this Agreement as designated by Agency Administrators. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the CWCG Charter. CWCG may charter interagency technical committees to study areas of concern. 13. National Incident Management System Agencies to this Agreement will be expected to follow the National Wildfire Coordinating Group’s (NWCG) National Incident Management System (NIMS) minimum standards as defined in the Wildland Fire Qualifications Systems Guide (PMS‐310). These NWCG minimum standards are Department of Homeland Security (DHS) NIMS compliant. The NIMS concepts that will be followed include: Incident Command System (ICS), qualifications system, training system, the management of publications, and participating in the review, exchange, and transfer of technology as appropriate for providing qualified resources, and for the management of incidents covered by this Agreement.
INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 1. Geographic Area Coordinating Groups (GACG): The parties to this agreement agree to use their respective Geographic Coordinating Groups to provide coordination and recommendations for all interagency fire management and all hazard activities within limits of statutory authorities in the state of Wyoming. Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the respective GACG Charters. 2. Zone Coordinating Groups: The Interagency Dispatch Center Zone Coordinating Groups will provide the primary coordination for interagency wildland fire activities within their respective areas of influence. These groups will utilize committees and working groups as necessary to develop guidelines and procedures for coordination of fire and aviation management and fire suppression activities.

INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. Service Provider shall demonstrate efforts to initiate cooperative working agreements with other community agencies providing services to older persons and persons with disabilities to establish a comprehensive, coordinated system of services that will facilitate access to, and utilization of, all existing services to avoid service duplication and assist the service recipient with all available resources. Acceptable methods of cooperation include, but are not limited to, letters of or cooperative agreement, co-location and membership in interagency organizations. Services, whenever possible, must be provided at/or coordinated with focal points. At the minimum, the Service Provider shall assure that the community focal points and senior community centers set forth in Exhibit E have information pertaining to the services provided.

INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. Applicants residing in other states must secure the services of a local, state-licensed, Hague accredited agency to provide their home study and post placement services; and to work in cooperation with JWM, Inc. which functions as the Primary Provider and AFAA, Inc. as the Foreign Services Provider. INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. 10.1 In addition to the exchange of information, both Agencies agree that there will be regular liaison to discuss and cooperate on matters of mutual interest as set out in Annexure A. Such matters may include, but are not limited to:  emerging trends in the motor accidents or workers compensation schemes,  problems, issues or insights which affect, or are likely to affect, or be of relevance to the other Agency,  consultative processes with industry,  public education strategies,  the exchange of expertise,  commissioned research and related initiatives,  the sharing of relevant statistical information and other corporate materials including guidelines and manuals.

Membership, procedures, and guidelines will be agreed to and documented in the NWCG Charter (Memorandum of Understanding and/or Standard Operating Procedures).
INTERAGENCY COOPERATION. All state agencies, boards, and commissions shall cooperate with the office in implementing the programs created by this article.
