Common use of Use of OIDF Resources Clause in Contracts

Use of OIDF Resources. Except as stated elsewhere in this Agreement, the GAIN POC may use Resources offered by the OIDF as a Resource Provider, but is not obliged to do so. For example, OIDF may offer document repository and communication resources but the GAIN POC Members may decide to use other Resources made available by another Resource Provider.
