Use of Other Bank Services. 14.1 HighMark Mutual Funds Principal or Manager may direct Custodian to invest available funds in the HighMark® Funds mutual funds advised by an affiliate of Custodian and for which Custodian may also act as custodian and provide other services for the purpose of cash management. Principal or Manager shall designate the particular HighMark Fund that Principal or Manager deems appropriate for the Account. Principal hereby acknowledges that Custodian will receive fees for such services in addition to those fees charged by Custodian as agent for the Principal's custody Account.
