Common use of Use of other Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of other Equipment. If Sponsor provides Institution and/or Investigator with any other equipment (“Equipment”) for use in connection with performance of services in the Trial, Institution and/or Investigator will document the Equipment in the “Equipment Loaned Log” which is part of the ISF. The terms and conditions for provision of Equipment are set forth in Appendix 3 of this Agreement.
