Common use of Use of other Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of other Equipment. If Sponsor provides Provider and/or Investigator with any other equipment (“Equipment”) for use in connection with performance of services in the Trial, Provider and/or Investigator will document the Equipment in the “Equipment Loaned Log” which is part of the ISF. The terms and conditions for provision of Equipment will be set forth in a separate Loan Agreement.

Use of other Equipment. If Sponsor provides Provider Institution and/or Investigator with any other equipment (“Equipment”) for use in connection with performance of services in the Trial, Provider and/or this will be covered by separate contract. Investigator will document the Equipment in the “Equipment Loaned Log” which is part of the ISF. The terms and conditions for provision of Equipment will be set forth in a separate Loan Agreement.9.2
