Use of Petroleum for Petroleum Operations. Podratçı Kontrakt sahəsində çıxarılan Karbohidrogenlərdən Neft-qaz əməliyyatlarında yanacaq kimi, qazlift əməliyyatlarında, xxxx kəmərlərinin doldurulması üçün (Çatdırılma məntəqəsinə qədər), Kontrakt sahəsi hüdudları daxilində Karbohidrogen yataqlarında lay təzyiqini saxlamaq məqsədilə laya yenidən vurmaq üçün pulsuz istifadə etmək hüququna malikdir. Podratçı Neft-qaz əməliyyatlarının istehsal ehtiyacları üçün Karbohidrogenlər işlədilməsini minimuma endirməyə səy göstərməlidir. Planlar tərtib edilərkən Podratçı İllik iş proqramında Neft-qaz əməliyyatlarının optimal qaydada həyata keçirilməsi zamanı istifadə edilməsi nəzərdə tutulan Karbohidrogenlərin smeta həcmini göstərir. Əgər İllik iş proqramının həyata keçirilməsi gedişində Podratçı smetada razılaşdırılmış həcmi on (10) faizdən xxx artırmaq istəyirsə, dəyişdirilmiş smetaya dair təkliflərini Rəhbər komitənin müzakirəsinə və təsdiqinə verir. Contractor shall have the right to use free of charge Petroleum produced from the Contract Area for Petroleum Operations for fuel, artificial lift, pipeline fill and pack (up to the Delivery Point), and reinjection to preserve the pressure of Petroleum reservoirs in the Contract Area. Contractor shall endeavour to minimise use of Petroleum for Petroleum Operations. For planning purposes Contractor shall provide in the Annual Work Programme an estimate of the amount of Petroleum it anticipates will be used for the optimum implementation of Petroleum Operations. If during the implementation of the Annual Work Programme Contractor estimates that it will use more than ten (10) percent over and above the amount estimated, Contractor shall submit its proposals for the revised estimate to the Steering Committee for its review and approval.

Contractor shall have the right to use free of charge Petroleum produced from the Contract Area for Petroleum Operations in accordance with generally accepted international Petroleum industry practice, including but not limited to reinjection to preserve the pressure of Petroleum reservoirs in the Contract Area. Contractor shall endeavour to minimize use of Petroleum for Petroleum Operations. For planning purposes Contractor shall provide in the Annual Work Programme an estimate of the amount of Petroleum it anticipates will be used for the optimum implementation of Petroleum Operations. If during the implementation of the Annual Work Programme Contractor estimates that it will use more than 10% over and above the amount estimated, the revised estimate shall be notified by Contractor to the Steering Committee.
Use of Petroleum for Petroleum Operations. 7.6 In the event of unintentional infringement on petroleum operations of either Party, the Parties shall convene to agree in good faith on a proper course of action, safeguarding the interests of both Parties.
