Use of Plumbing Facilities; Responsibility for Damage. The plumbing facilities (including but not limited to restrooms, toilets, urinals, wash bowls, drains, and other apparatus) shall be used for no purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind shall be thrown into them. The expense of any breakage, stoppage, or damage resulting from violation of this rule shall be borne by Tenant.
