Common use of USE OF PREMISES/SAFETY Clause in Contracts

USE OF PREMISES/SAFETY. Contractor shall confine operations at the Site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits and the Construction Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the Site or existing facilities on the Site with any materials or equipment. Contractor shall not load or permit any part of the work to be loaded with a weight so as to endanger the safety of persons or property at the Site. The Contractor shall maintain emergency first aid treatment for his employees which complies with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (29 USC, section 651 et seq.).
