Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Loan Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Loan. Section 3.01. The Borrower shall make the proceeds of the Loan available to the State upon terms and condition mutually agreeable to ADB and the Borrower, and shall cause the State to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement.

Use of Proceeds of the Loan. Section 3.01. The Borrower shall make the proceeds of the Loan available to the State upon terms and condition mutually agreeable conditions satisfactory to ADB and the Borrower, and ADB. The Borrower shall cause the State to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement.
