Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Loan Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Loan. Section 3.01. (a) The Borrower shall make available the proceeds of the Loan to NWSDB as a loan and a grant under a Subsidiary Financing Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Borrower shall make available the proceeds of the Loan to NWSDB as follows:
