USE OF PRODUCTS WITH VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS. Any work in the Building that requires the use of adhesives, sealants, sealant primers, paints, coatings, primers, carpets, carpet pads, wood and agrifiber products must meet the low or no volatile organic compounds standards provided in the appendix to these rules for that product type, as amended from time to time.
