Use of Promotional Materials Exclusively for the Product. The Promotional Materials, and any aspects of those uniquely tied to the Product, shall be used by Licensee exclusively in connection with the Manufacturing and Commercialization of the Product in the Field in the Territory in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and Licensee shall not use, or allow any other Person to use, any such Promotional Materials except in accordance with this Agreement.
