Use of Promotional Materials in the United States. Except as ------------------------------------------------- provided in Section 7.1.1, neither Party shall produce (other than as concepts for consideration by the other Party), distribute or otherwise use any Promotional Materials in the United States in connection with Co-Promoting the Collaboration Products unless and until such Promotional Materials have been approved in accordance with this Agreement.
